Pricing structure

At VTS we provide a bespoke service to our clients; this also reflects in the pricing structure which allows you to choose how you want to pay for our services as and when you need them. We are extremely flexible and will be more than happy to provide a quotation to suit your individual requirements. No set up or monthly fees.

Per Digital Minute - helps you keep track of amount of work you produce and how much it will cost, paying only for the time taken to dictate the work not how long it takes us to type it.

Per Hour - for all non-digital work e.g. copy typing.

Monthly Retainer - this is ideal for clients wanting regular support each month. You purchase an agreed number of guaranteed hours in advance and receive a discount on the hourly rate. A retainer package allows you to budget your accounts for the following month as you know exactly how much you will be paying. Unused hours can be carried forward to the following month.

We do not charge VAT.

An out-of-hours service is also available.
