Pricing structure
At VTS we provide a bespoke service to our clients; this also reflects in the pricing structure which allows you to choose how you want to pay for our services. We are extremely flexible and will be more than happy to provide a quotation to suit your individual requirements:
Per Digital Minute – helps you keep track of amount of work you produce and how much it will cost.
Per Hour – pay-as-you-go rate for clients requiring support on an ad hoc basis .
Per Project – for one-off assignments – gives clients the advantage of knowing in advance the agreed rate.
Monthly Retainer – this is ideal for clients wanting regular support each month. You purchase an agreed number of guaranteed hours in advance and receive a discount on the hourly charge. A retainer package allows you to budget your accounts for the following month as you know exactly how much you will be paying. Unused hours can be carried forward to the following month.
We do not charge VAT.
An out-of-hours service is also available.
Completed work can be returned via e-mail, post, courier, fax, or TFD onto CD.
We also offer a ‘collect-and-delivery’ service within the local area.
ATTENTION ALL NEW CLIENTS:
We offer a 10% discount (on the first invoice) to all new clients, as well as a 10% discount (on the first invoice) to all subsequent clients they introduce.
